Notifications (🔔)

A bell in the header (next to the profile) with an unread count badge — like a banking app. Tapping it opens the panel; opening the panel clears the badge.

Where notifications come from​

  • Insights about your data and trends — notable tips from the rule engine (savings trend ↑/↓, concentration risk, debt share, FIRE milestones). They lead to Analysis.
  • Monthly entry reminder — when this month's entry is missing; leads to the Entry.
  • Free trial — a countdown to the end of the trial (in cloud mode; skipped if the account already has an active plan).

Read state​

Kept on your device — the badge clears once you open the panel and won't re-alert you about the same item.
